Commercial Gym Equipment FAQ
Short answers to the ten questions we get asked before every order. Every figure below is the number we actually work to: 10 units per order with no per-model minimum, 25–35 days production to Shenzhen port, 1 year on the machine and 5 years on cardio motors. Where a term is negotiable we say so; where it is fixed we say that too.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 10 units per order in total, with no per-model minimum — you can take 1 unit of any single model and fill the remaining 9 with other machines. Ten units is roughly the complete equipment list of a small gym of about 50 sqm, which normally needs 10 to 11 pieces, so one order equips a whole floor rather than a single station.
What is your lead time?
Lead time is counted from order confirmation to cargo ready at Shenzhen port, and excludes ocean freight. In-stock models: 7–10 days. Regular production: 25–35 days. Customized or private-label orders: 35–45 days, including sample approval. We quote sea freight separately once the destination port is confirmed, so you always see factory time and shipping time as two separate numbers.
What warranty do you provide?
1 year on the complete machine. On motorised cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowers, stair climbers) the motor carries a separate 5-year warranty. Strength equipment has no motor, so the 1-year coverage applies to the whole unit. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failure under normal commercial use. It does not cover consumable wear parts such as pads, pedals, grips and cables, or damage from misuse, overload or unauthorised modification.
What are your payment terms?
Full payment before shipment. A deposit is required at order confirmation to book production, and the balance is settled before the container leaves the factory. Before you pay the balance you are welcome to arrange an inspection by your own agent or a third party such as SGS, BV or TÜV at our factory in Huizhou. We also send loading photos and a container loading plan for every shipment.
Are your machines CE or EN 957 certified?
Our equipment is manufactured to meet or exceed the requirements of EN ISO 20957-1 and the applicable part of the EN 957 series — EN 957-2 for strength equipment, EN 957-5 for exercise bikes, EN 957-6 for treadmills, EN 957-9 for elliptical trainers. Our production partners run CE-certified lines for these categories. Because we sell under our own brand and model names, that certificate is not issued in our name, so we state compliance with the standard rather than claim a certificate of our own. If your tender or customs clearance needs specific documentation, tell us the exact requirement before ordering and we will confirm what can be provided.
What shipping terms and port do you use?
We quote FOB Shenzhen (Yantian or Shekou) by default. CIF and CFR are available on request. DDP is quoted case by case depending on the destination port and your import clearance arrangement — tell us the port and we will confirm whether we can offer it. All cargo ships from Shenzhen. Our factory is in Huizhou, about 60 km from Yantian port, which keeps inland haulage short and reduces handling damage.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes. The 10-unit minimum is counted in total pieces, not per model, so a single order can cover treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, selectorized machines and benches together. Send us your floor plan or just the room dimensions and we will return a mixed configuration list with model codes, quantities and a CAD layout.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Yes. We do logo printing, frame colour matching, custom stickers, nameplates and branded packaging. Customized and private-label orders take 35–45 days including sample approval. Can I visit your factory?
Yes. We are at No.29 Maidi Road, Huicheng District, Huizhou, Guangdong, about 90 minutes by car from Shenzhen Bao'an airport and two hours from Guangzhou Baiyun airport. Please give us 3 days' notice so we can arrange pickup, a line walk-through and a live demo of the models you are interested in.
Do you provide gym layout drawings?
Yes. For every project we provide a CAD floor plan, a configuration list with model codes and quantities, and installation manuals. If you send photos and dimensions of the room, we can mark door swings, ceiling height limits and recommended spacing between machines — typically 900 mm between cardio units and 1,200 mm in free-weight areas.
